Everyone at the retreat is a participant. We deliberately use the term participant (rather than delegate, or attendee) since we encourage an active and involved experience. Therefore, we don't have keynotes or a speaker list - we are all equally involved and valued participants.

You will participate equally in the Retreat in deep listening, deep learning and deep sharing in the company of some exceptional business thinkers and leaders. You represent a wide range of backgrounds and economic sectors, yet are united in your commitment to be productive for the glory of God. You will share insight and inspiration that has been honed from failure as much as from success.

To speak in this way demands openness and vulnerability – it is no easy task. And so we call it HEARTtalk: Hands-on (practical), Ethical, Authentic, Relational and Transformative. This reflects their purpose: God resting in our hearts so we become the leaders God has designed us to be.

By HEARTtalking, you can expect to build meaningful relationships, be provoked and challenged to good thoughts and deeds, and to re-imagine working life. You will participate finitely in God’s infinite creativity, goodness, wisdom and love.

Stimulating and resourcing the business world for over 30 years

Faith in Business’ vision is of business as a force for good, transforming society in a way that expresses the kingdom of God. We encourage and equip Christian business people to be faithful followers of Jesus Christ in a demanding workplace context. With an eye on the future, we are especially committed to serving young business leaders.

Faith in Business is active on many fronts. We run an annual retreat, co-publish a quarterly journal, host a monthly webinar, provide topical weekly reflections and facilitate a business prayer network.
