Our Retreat will be spent in deep listening, deep learning and deep sharing in the company of some exceptional business thinkers and leaders. They represent a wide range of backgrounds and economic sectors yet are united in their commitment to beautiful business for the glory of God. We will learn from their big ideas but also from the practical strategies they use to realize them. They will share insight and inspiration that has been honed from failure as much as from success.

To speak in this way demands openness and vulnerability – it is no easy task. And so we call them HEARTtalks: Hands-on (practical), Ethical, Authentic, Relational and Transformative. This reflects their purpose: God investing beauty into our hearts so we become the leaders God has designed for us to be.

Stimulating and resourcing the business world for over 30 years

Faith in Business’ vision is of business as a force for good, transforming society in a way that expresses the kingdom of God. We encourage and equip Christian business people to be faithful followers of Jesus Christ in a demanding workplace context. With an eye on the future, we are especially committed to serving young business leaders.

Faith in Business is active on many fronts. We run an annual retreat, co-publish a quarterly journal, host a monthly webinar, provide topical weekly reflections and facilitate a business prayer network.
